doáb Forge · Learn and build with others

Learn AI together.
Without competition.

AI is a starting point. A community you can learn and build with is what comes next.

doáb Forge is your entry point into the doáb community. Bring a question, an idea, or something you are building. Find people who will think it through with you, share what they know, and learn alongside you.

Take part in a cohort, talk about your work, and turn shared learning into useful practice. You do not need to compete for attention or arrive with all the answers.

You don’t need to be technical. You do need curiosity and a willingness to contribute.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a place or commit you to membership.

Find your starting point.

Building a venture?

Learn how other founders choose tools, connect their systems and build repeatable processes without creating a fragile tangle of software.

Working in healthcare?

Find colleagues exploring AI in real work. Develop a common language you can bring back to your clinical, nursing or operations team.

Ready to become more active?

Start with questions, build confidence through practice, and find people who will help you turn an idea into a useful contribution.

Someone alongside you.

You don’t need to do this alone.

We learn, try, reflect and share together. Experienced members contribute what they know; newcomers bring questions and perspectives that improve the work.

That is accompaniment: helping each other take the next step, sharing useful practices, and returning to reflect on what happened.

A place to participate, contribute and grow with others.

AI gives us a common place to begin. You may want to understand a new tool, build a more durable process, or help your team make sense of what is changing. Those questions open the door to a wider conversation about the work we want to do and the people we want to become.

Here, learning is shared. Bring your experience and your uncertainty. Ask for help, offer a useful perspective, and share what you discover. Someone else’s progress can help you move forward too.

Without competition means we help one another develop. We listen carefully, share credit, and make room for people with different levels of experience. You choose what you share; patient information and confidential workplace details stay out of the discussion.

Learn · Build · Reflect · Share

A cohort gives you people to return to.

A cohort is a group learning alongside one another over time. Bring your own questions and work, and help others make progress on theirs.

Talk about what you are building.

Bring an idea, a workflow, a prototype, or a decision you are working through. Explain what you need, hear how others approach it, and choose a useful next step.

Learn from what others try.

Share useful practices, questions and lessons—including what did not work. Build understanding together and adapt what you learn to your own setting.

Return and reflect.

Try something between conversations. Come back with what happened, what surprised you, and where you need help. Accompany one another as the work develops.

Join the waitlist to hear about cohort opportunities. We will share the format, schedule and any costs before you decide whether to take part.

Have conversations that help the work move forward.

Ask better questions. Listen to understand. Make room for a different view.

Learning to use AI also means learning to talk about it meaningfully—with colleagues, founders, clinicians, nurses, and people whose experience is different from yours.

Practise explaining what you are trying to do in plain language. Explore assumptions together. Separate what you know from what you are still testing. Offer feedback that helps someone take their next step.

The aim is shared understanding and a useful action you can return to—not a performance, a pitch, or a contest over who knows the most.

01Bring a question or a problem from your work.
